Custom Layered Metal Sign for a One-of-a-Kind Hockey Table Project

As a huge hockey fan, I was beyond excited to be part of this incredible collaboration! Josh from Weldone Services reached out and asked me to create a custom layered metal sign for the base he was fabricating — part of Weezels Wood Working’s stunning epoxy table made for Tristan Jarry of the Pittsburgh Penguins, celebrating his legendary goalie goal.

While I didn’t build the full table, I was honoured to design and fabricate the layered metal sign that became a key feature of the finished piece. Every layer was crafted with precision to match the table’s bold, high-end design, creating a clean, dimensional finish that ties the whole project together.

It’s always inspiring to collaborate with other skilled trades and makers who share the same passion for craftsmanship and creativity.
